Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Client has the right to cancel his/her order, if payment is not yet been processed
2. Client has the right to cancel/refund his/her order, in the event that file received is not clear, readable and text/figure has damage. This is subject for admin final review. In case we cannot resend the correct file, this is subject for refund.
